Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or downloading images from this gallery (the Gallery Access), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, subjects, and third parties who view or use the gallery.

2. Purpose of the Gallery

This gallery is provided exclusively for Proofing and Final Delivery of images created by That’s A Wrap.

Proofing galleries may contain watermarked, unretouched, or low‑resolution previews. Watermarks are standard industry practice and are removed only from final, purchased, or included images.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All photographs remain the exclusive intellectual property of That’s A Wrap.

Unless otherwise stated in your contract, That’s A Wrap grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the final delivered images for Personal Use or Commercial Use as outlined in your agreement.

You may not:

• Alter or edit images without written permission

• Remove watermarks from proofing images

• Sell, license, or distribute images to third parties

• Use images in AI training datasets or generative systems

4. Gallery Access Window

Your gallery will remain accessible for the duration stated in your contract or delivery email. After this period, the gallery may be archived or removed.

Extensions may be available for an additional fee.

5. Downloading & File Handling

Final images are delivered in high‑resolution JPEG format.

You are responsible for Backing Up Your Files once downloaded. That’s A Wrap does not guarantee long‑term storage after the gallery expires.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

That’s A Wrap will not publicly share your images without your written consent, unless your contract grants promotional usage rights.

You agree not to screenshot, copy, or share proofing images publicly.

7. Payment & Orders

Prints, downloads, and products purchased through Pixieset are processed securely through Pixieset’s payment system.

All sales are final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass download restrictions

• Share gallery passwords or private links without permission

• Upload, post, or transmit harmful or unauthorized content

9. Technical Issues

Pixieset hosts the gallery, and occasional downtime or technical issues may occur. That’s A Wrap is not responsible for platform outages, corrupted downloads, or third‑party service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

That’s A Wrap is not liable for:

• Loss of access due to expired galleries

• Loss of files after download

• Unauthorized third‑party sharing of your gallery link

• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the gallery

11. Modifications to Terms

That’s A Wrap may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the gallery constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
